We have been blown away with the response to our Equality Diversity and Inclusion Survey but there is still time to enter and help make a difference.

Eczema Outreach Support are conducting the survey with the National Centre for Diversity and aims to improve fairness and inclusion for everyone. Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a draw to win a £25 voucher.

The audit will teach us more about our members and help us to make sure that EOS is accessible for everyone – regardless of gender, religious beliefs, race, location or socio-economic background. We want EOS to be welcoming to all so that every family in the UK gets the support they need when they need it.

EOS CEO Magali Redding explains why the survey is crucial to support more families dealing with eczema.

Magali said: “There are so many reasons why it’s important for Eczema Outreach Support to be focusing on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

We want to understand our membership better to enable us to reach every family who needs our help and better support a diverse range of members. By completing the survey you are helping EOS to have a full picture of our membership and their varied situations so we can tailor and improve our services even more for both our current and future members.”

If you haven’t had the chance yet to complete the EOS Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Survey, you have until midnight August 1 to fill in the survey and it should only take a few minutes. Members should have the survey link in their inbox, but if you can’t find it, email info@eos.org.uk and we will send it again.
