Join the EOS family and bring back the joy to young people with eczema
Eczema can steal sleep, confidenceĀ and the simple joys of childhood. By fundraising forĀ EOSĀ you can help bring those moments back for families who are struggling every day. Whether you raise a little or a lot, your support makes a real difference. Follow our simple five-step guide and become anĀ EOS Fundraising Star.Ā

Step 1: Choose your activityĀ
You can fundraise by doing something you already love, or by trying something completely new. From small, fun challenges to big events, it all helps.Ā
WeāveĀ shared some ideas below to get you started.Ā

Activities for kids:
Does your child like a physical challenge? They could cycle like Felix. Or walk like Evelyn. You can also explore the junior events on our Challenge Events page.Ā
Get the kids together and get sponsored to do our scavenger hunt! Thereās a riddle version for older children and a picture-based one for little ones.Ā
Is your littleĀ one a book worm? Set a target number of booksĀ to read over aĀ week or a monthĀ and get family and friends to sponsorĀ them.Ā
Ideas for adults:
Try a personal challenge like āWear Something Comfy Dayā and get sponsored to wear pyjamas to work – fun and also a great way to highlight the discomfort people with eczema feel every day.Ā
Host a coffee morning, organise a bake sale, or get your pub quiz team together and dedicate your event to supporting children with eczema.
Thinking of something bigger? Check out our Challenge Events page for organised runs, walks and other large-scale activities.
