Hopefully you will have an eczema treatment plan from your healthcare professional and it’s important that you follow it consistently. If you don’t have a written treatment plan, we encourage you to speak to your HP about getting a treatment plan.  

We have also included a blank eczema plan document in your Welcome Pack so you can write everything down and keep track of your child’s current treatment and what they’ve tried. 

The current treatment options for eczema are prescribed in a ladder effect, with initial treatment options beginning with emollients as the starting point climbing to treatments for the most severe forms of eczema, when earlier treatments are no longer working.
